Domestic (USA) Shipping Policy

All items are shipped directly, normally by Fedex, from our Chicago warehouse unless otherwise specified.

Current processing times are 5-7 business days and your order will be shipped out within 10 business days from the date of order.

International Shipping Policy

The products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer when placing the order. The traceability of parcels may be limited in some countries.

The buyer is responsible for consulting state, local, and federal tax and customs laws to ensure compliance with any applicable tax laws, customs laws, and regulations within the buyer’s shipping address.

Any outstanding taxes and duties are paid by the buyer according to the buyer’s tax and customs residential law. The buyer hereby waives the right to claim that any tax and/or customs duties collected on any purchase are the seller's responsibilities.
