Which size should you get?

Both chairs are the height of a traditional desk chair, so they're likely to work for your desk setup.

The Small Size Chair
The width and length (front to back) are 2.75" shorter than the Regular Size Chair. It's best for people under 6' tall because the top (seat) offers less surface area for crossing legs and other. If you're much taller than 6', your knees may extend over the edges.  It's also great for people with smaller desks who want to hide the chair underneath when not in use. 

The Regular Size Chair
It's typically best for people taller than 5'6". The additional width and length offers a larger platform for longer legs. But if you're shorter than 5'6", you'll just have extra room for furry friends or kids who want to share.
