Which size should you get?

Both chairs are the height of a traditional desk chair, so they're likely to work for your desk setup.

The Standard Size Chair
It's generally best for people under 6' tall because the top (seat) offers less surface area for crossing legs and other active sitting postures. If you're much taller than 6', your knees may extend over the edges. It's also great for people with smaller desks who want to hide the chair underneath when not in use. The width and length (front to back) are 2.75" shorter than the Large Size Chair.

The Large Size Chair
Taller bodies have longer legs which take up more space when crossed or in other active sitting postures. The additional width and length offers a larger platform for longer legs. You'll also have extra room for furry friends or kids who want to share.
